Vehicles, crews and tanker trucks between sites, located

For service and transport companies that support oil and gas operations: fleet and supply control, with the scope stated clearly.

The problem

Crews, pickups and tanker trucks move between remote sites. You need to know where they are, what they loaded and which equipment needs service, and coordinate without calling each one.

What you can do

Vehicles and crews

Live tracking, trips and stops per day, with notices when a vehicle enters or leaves a zone.

  • Zones as geofences, with entry and exit notices
  • Daily history with CSV export
  • Messages to the crew from the map

Route sheets to sites

Load each site as a place and build the route sheet with the day's stops; the driver follows it in the app.

  • Estimated arrival time: by street if the engine knows them and in a straight line if not
  • Arrival and result of each stop
  • Day board with delays

Tanker trucks and fuel

The tanker is linked to a vehicle: loads, tank readings and differences against the system.

  • Dispatch by tank
  • Reconciliation with the physical reading
  • The driver records the load from the app

Maintenance and documents

Plans by kilometers, hours or days, attachable implements and documents with an expiry traffic light.

  • Fit, expiring or not fit status
  • Checks by type of equipment
  • Staff and documents per person

A working day, end to end

  1. Plan and assign

You load the sites as places and build the crew's or the tanker's sheet.

  2. Work and record

The driver follows the stops, marks each arrival and records the loads; without signal it is saved.

  3. Review and control

You see delays, zone notices and fuel differences, and write to the team.

  4. Close and report

You close the day and review the path, the fuel and the expiry dates.

Who does what

  • Operations coordination: builds sheets, follows units and tanker trucks.
  • Driver or crew: follows their sheet and records arrivals and loads.
  • Workshop and administration: maintenance, documents and reports.

What was tested and what was not

Tracking, tanker trucks and route sheets were tested with a simulator and test data, and the loads and the sheet with a real tablet. There is no real deployment in oil fields and the street engine was not tested with site access roads.

What you need and what to know

  • A site is a place on the route sheet, not an entity of its own.
  • One Android device per vehicle, or a Traccar-compatible tracker; equipment and tank sensors are not read.
  • What it does not include today, such as reports per site or fluid metering, is under "Not available yet: ask us".

Frequently asked questions

Does it measure fluids or monitor gases?

No. It controls vehicles, tanker trucks and support equipment; fluid metering, gas monitoring, work permits and emergencies without connection are not part of the product.

Can I load my sites?

Yes, as places, with a name, an address or a point on the map, and you use them in route sheets. Sites and wells do not exist yet as entities with their own reports.
