Where each collection and urban service vehicle has been
For municipalities and urban service companies: routes assigned by zone, the history of each vehicle and reports for supervision.
The problem
Supervising collection, sweeping or urban maintenance means knowing where each vehicle was, how long it stopped and whether it covered each zone. Without that data, complaints are answered from memory.
What you can do
The path of each vehicle
Trips, stops and kilometers of each vehicle, day by day, with playback on the map.
- Playback at different speeds
- Stops with their duration
- Path export to GPX or CSV
Zones and neighborhoods
Draw or import zones as geofences and get notices when a vehicle enters or leaves.
- GeoJSON or KML import
- Notices inside the web app; by Telegram or e-mail if you configure them
- Alert for vehicles that stop reporting
Fixed routes with frequency
Define the route for each zone with the days it applies, for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and a template generates each day's sheet.
- Stops with their own frequency, such as every two weeks
- Holiday exceptions, entered by hand on each route
- Result of each stop: collected, no waste or skipped with a reason
Reports for supervision
Reports per vehicle and per day as CSV or Excel, with days cut in the organization's time zone.
- Kilometers and stops per vehicle
- Collection block with the results of each stop
- Each organization's own data, kept apart from the others
Available today
- Complete route of every collection truck, day by day, with stops and distance
- Geofences by zone or neighborhood, with entry and exit alertsWith conditions
- Fixed routes with a frequency (for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday) generated automatically from templatesWith conditions

- Proof that the service was done on each street or container: today you see the vehicle passing, not the work performed
A working day, end to end
Plan and assign
You load each zone's route once, with its days, and the template generates the sheet due each day.
Work and record
The vehicle drives and stops; the path and the stops are recorded even if the signal drops.
Review and control
You get notices about zones and about vehicles that stop reporting, and write to the driver if needed.
Close and report
You review the day's path and export the report per vehicle.
Who does what
- Supervision: builds routes, follows the shift and exports reports.
- Driver or crew: follows their route in the app and marks each stop.
- Administration or technical area: uses the reports per vehicle and per day.
What was tested and what was not
History, geofences and frequency templates were tested with a simulator and test data; the daily generation of sheets has not been seen on a real server yet. Driving down a street or stopping does not prove the service was done: the record shows the vehicle passing.
What you need and what to know
- One Android device per vehicle, or a Traccar-compatible tracker.
- Telegram or e-mail notices require configuring those channels; the notice inside the web app works without configuring anything.
- Holidays are entered as exceptions, by hand, on each route.
Frequently asked questions
Can I verify that every container was collected?
Today the system shows the vehicle's passing and stops, and the crew can mark each stop as collected, no waste or skipped. There is no automatic check that the service was done on every street or container; if you need it, tell us about your case.
Does it work for sweeping and urban maintenance?
Yes. The path, the stops, the zones and the reports are the same for any urban service vehicle.
